Call For Papers

We invite researchers, academics, industry professionals, and experts from around the world to contribute to the 1st international congress on "Higher Education, Research, and Innovation in the Era of Digital and AI", ESRI-IA 2023. The event, co-organized by Hassan 1st University and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation, will take place in the captivating city of Dakhla, Morocco, from November 15th to 18th, 2023.

This congress presents a remarkable opportunity for the academic, research and industrial communities to address new challenges, share innovative solutions, and explore future research directions in the context of the digital and AI era. Our technical program encompasses plenary lectures, regular technical sessions, and interactive workshops, providing an enriching experience for all participants.

Paper submission

The ESRI-IA 2023 organizing committee is inviting the submission of papers that present high quality, original and unpublished work. They must be relevant to one of the conference tracks.

Proceedings are expected to be published in Springer series and submitted for indexing to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and SpringerLink.

Papers should be between 6-8 pages in length.

Submission Guidelines

Authors should not include their names, affiliations on the papers. The conference is a double blind peer review process. Author information should be supplied using the manuscript submission form online or in the cover letter for email submissions.

Please ensure that all papers are proofread and checked for accuracy prior to submission. Changes cannot be made during the review process. If accepted, minor revisions may be made prior to final submission.

Review Process

Each paper will be reviewed by at least three regular PC members or two senior PC members. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation.

Post Conference Publication and Indexing

ESRI-IA 2023 Proceedings are expected to be published in Springer series : Advances in Science, Technology & Innovation (ASTI) and submitted for indexing to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink. They cover significant recent developments in the field, both of a foundational and applicable character.

Furthermore, authors of high quality contributions will be invited to submit an extended version of their work for potential publication in a special issue/section of an international journal.
