BEN LAHMAR El Habib is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Faculty of Science Ben M'Sik , Hassan II University, where he has been since 2008. Since 2016, he is a coordinator of the Master Data Science & Big Data. From 2014 to 2018 he served as Team Leader: Semantic Web and Knowledge Extraction at the TIM laboratory. He received her habilitation to supervise research in 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor in computer science at Faculty of Science Ben M'Sik Casablanca. He received a B.S. from Dhar lMahraz University - Fes in 1998, and an M.S. from the ENSIAS in 2003. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the ENSIAS in 2007. His PhD work was awarded the best thesis. 

His research interests span both Web semantic , NLP, Mobile platforms , AI and Data science. Professor BEN LAHMAR is author and co-author of many papers on several scientific fields including: Arabic NLP, engine and meta search engine, data extraction web, mobile platform, cloud computing, semantic web, IoT and data science. he has contributed to the organization of some international conferences, and he is a reviewer in several prestigious scientific journal and conferences
